Regulatory Position
Talyx does not meet the statutory definition of a consumer reporting agency. We do not collect or distribute consumer reports as defined under 15 U.S.C. Section 1681a(d). Our intelligence products are not used for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening decisions.
